Vegan food is in trend these days and everybody is searching for its supposed benefits. The vegan diet is based on the idea of ‘cruelty-free’ and the diet is based on vegetables only. It is considered to be pretty nutritious as it is low in saturated fat and rich in certain nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Vegan food is preferred by health-conscious people as it’s healthy and has very less harmful effects as compared to a diet including meat and poultry.
