So it’s crucial to keep up to date with your target audience’s preferences. Although you can put together surveys for your past customers or email subscribers to fill out, it’s also a great idea to post polls on your business’ social media pages. As most individuals regularly sign into several social media accounts a day and can spend countless hours scrolling through their newsfeeds.

2. Ensure that your business’ social media posts suit your target audience. Always have your target audience and their preferences in mind when it comes to planning social media posts for your business’ accounts. As an example, if your target audience are teenagers and young adults, you may want to use trendy hashtags and popular influencers in your posts.
